MLBB Guides That Actually Feel Useful
🗡️ Counter assassins without panic
TopMost players die to assassins before the fight even starts. Ling, Hayabusa, Gusion, Fanny-type heroes love one thing: a lonely backline hero standing with no vision.
The real counter is not only the hero pick. It is your position. If you are marksman or mage, do not walk into river bushes first. Let tank/roam check, or use a safe skill from distance.
Check the exact enemy hero
In-game habits
- Save Flicker/dash/knockback until the assassin commits.
- Do not clear side lane alone after mid game unless you see enemy jungle.
- If enemy assassin disappears, play closer to tower or teammate.
- One defensive item is better than dying with full damage build.
💰 Gold lane survival plan
TopGold lane is not about proving you are stronger at level 1. It is about reaching item timing without giving free kills. A marksman with farm can carry. A marksman who dies twice early becomes food.
If roam ignores you, do not blame and overpush. Freeze near tower, last-hit safely and check minimap every few seconds. When you finally get core items, fight behind your frontline.
Pick safer gold lane combos
- Do not push when enemy roam/jungle is missing.
- Fight after item spike, not because enemy spam recalls.
- In team fights, hit the closest safe target. You do not need to dive backline.
- If your roam is bad, build/position like nobody will save you.
🧠 Draft without trolling
TopA lot of games are lost before minions spawn. Not because enemy is too good, but because your team picked five heroes that cannot work together.
Before locking, ask: do we have damage? frontline? CC? wave clear? If the answer is no, your favorite hero may not be the best pick for this match.
Check the draft before locking
- If team already has two marksmen, do not add another squishy damage hero.
- If nobody can start fights, choose tank/fighter/CC mage.
- If enemy has heavy dive, pick peel or durability.
- Counter the enemy win condition, not just one hero name.
🛡️ When roam ignores you
TopSolo queue roam can be amazing or completely lost. You cannot control that. What you can control is how risky you play when you know nobody is watching your lane.
If roam never comes, stop taking 50/50 fights. Clear wave, stay near safe zones, and play for item timing. The goal is to stay useful until the enemy makes a mistake.
Find heroes that survive solo queue
- Do not walk river alone just to check where enemies are.
- Use pings, but do not start typing fights.
- Follow the teammate who is actually playing well.
- If you cannot get help, play wave and turret first.
🧊 Stop losing streaks
TopA losing streak is not only matchmaking. After 3–4 losses, most players start forcing fights, blaming teammates, changing heroes and taking worse decisions.
The fix is boring but it works: take a short break, pick comfort heroes, reduce deaths and play objectives. If you are tilted, do not pick high-risk heroes that need perfect mechanics.
Reset your climb plan
- After 3 losses, stop ranked for a while.
- Use 2–3 comfort heroes only.
- Count deaths more than kills. Fewer deaths gives comeback chance.
- When ahead, take Lord/turret instead of chasing one low HP enemy.
